Delegates wishing to cancel their registration will be eligible for a full refund only up to December 31, 2015. Delegates cancelling registration between 01 January 2016 and 22 February 2016 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The conference hosts do not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the meeting or for theft or damage to belongings.
The event organisers do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property, accidents etc. that may occur during or as a result of attending the IPICS 2016 conference. Conference attendees are responsible for any losses or damage they cause to personal property and to the event and accommodation premises during their attendance at the IPICS2016 conference and must indemnify the event organisers for any cost arising to them due to such losses and/or damage.
By completing and submitting your registration details you agree for your personal information to be passed on to the IPICS2016 Organising Committee for conference-related purposes. Unless you contact the Local Organising Committee directly to request otherwise, you provide permission to the organisers to make your name and affiliation available to conference delegates. Based on the contact details you provide, you will also receive conference-related communication including electronic newsletters from organisers, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your personal details will also be used to prepare name tags.
Dress throughout the conference is neat casual. Dress for each function is indicated in the function description in the conference program.
Please note any special requirements, for example dietary or mobility, when registering for the conference. All special requirements will be forwarded to the venue and caterers. For pre-arranged special dietary requirements please make yourself known to the waiting staff or conference organisers at all functions. Any queries can be directed to email@example.com.
